TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Offer: 

  1. Instructions and information about how to claim and the Seeley Rewards (defined below) form part of the Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promoter is Seeley International Pty Ltd ABN 23 054 687 035 (“Seeley International”) at 112 O’Sullivan Beach Road, Lonsdale, SA, 5160.
  3. Claims are only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over and trade contractors who have a trade account with a Participating Wholesaler (defined below). For clarity, a trade contractor is any contractor with a Participating Wholesaler trade account that is engaged by a customer to purchase and install a Seeley International product (“Trade Contractor”), and a consumer is any individual who purchases a Seeley International product from a Participating Dealer (defined below) (“Consumer”). Any authorised individual who makes a claim on behalf of a trade contractor must be aged 18 years and over.
  4. This Offer commences for purchases at 9:00am AEDT on 25/02/26 and ends for purchases at close of business on 25/04/26 (“Offer Period”). 
  5. Employees of Seeley International and its related entities, and Participating Dealers, Participating Wholesalers, retailers, service agents or other agencies or businesses associated with this Offer, and all of their employees (and any spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, guardian, child, step-child (whether natural or adopted), uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin of employees of the entities referred to in this paragraph) are all ineligible to claim or redeem the Seeley Reward.
  6. A participating dealer (“Participating Dealer”) is any dealer that stocks the Consumer Eligible Products (defined below) and is listed on Seeley International’s website at seeleyinternational.com/promotions. For the avoidance of doubt, a Participating Dealer excludes wholesale distributors/trade installers. 
  7. A participating wholesaler (“Participating Wholesaler”) is any Seeley International wholesaler that stocks the Trade Contractor Eligible Product (defined below).  

    8. HOW TO CLAIM THE SEELEY REWARD:

  8. For a Consumer to be eligible to claim a Seeley Reward, they must: 
    1. purchase either a Breezair Extraordinaire, Breezair Super Cool, Braemar Evolution or Braemar Super Stealth (“Consumer Eligible Product”) from a Participating Dealer during the Offer Period (“Consumer Eligible Transaction”). For the avoidance of doubt, any deposit paid must be paid in full, and the deposit paid date will be considered the purchase date; and 
    2. have the Consumer Eligible Product installed (by the same Participating Dealer they purchased it from) and paid for in full by 11:59pm AEST on 25/05/26. 
  9. For a Trade Contractor to be eligible to claim the Seeley Rewards, they must: 
    1. purchase a Braemar Paradigm product (“Trade Contractor Eligible Product”) from any Participating Wholesaler during the Offer Period (“Trade Contractor Eligible Transaction”). For the avoidance of doubt, any deposit paid must be paid in full, and the deposit paid date will be considered the purchase date; and 
    2. install the Trade Contractor Eligible Product and pay for the Trade Contractor Eligible Product in full by 11:59pm AEST on 25/05/26.
  10. To claim the Offer, Consumers and Trade Contractors must, during the Offer Period: 
    1. visit www.seeleyinternationalrewards.com and follow the prompts to the claim page;  
    2. Input the requested details (including but not limited to the date of purchase, Consumer Eligible Product/s or Trade Contractor Eligible Product purchased and the value, the serial number of the Consumer Eligible Product/s or Trade Contractor Eligible Product, their first name, last name, mobile number, valid email address and postal address, upload a tax invoice and proof of purchase (both proof of purchase for the Consumer Eligible Product/s or Trade Contractor Eligible Product and proof of installation (if installation has occurred during the Offer Period) and submit the fully completed claim form. For the avoidance of doubt, if installation of a Consumer Eligible Product or Trade Contractor Eligible Product has not occurred during the Offer Period, following the end of the Offer Period, those claimants will receive a link by email from the Promoter requesting to provide proof of installation by 11:59pm AEST on 25/05/26. If the claimant does not provide proof of installation by 11:59pm AEST on 25/05/26, the relevant claim/s will be deemed invalid.  
  11. If any of the documentation referred to in Clause 10(b) is insufficient, then Seeley International reserves the right to request further documentation to verify that the purchase of the Consumer Eligible Product/s or Trade Contractor Eligible Product was made within the Offer Period and that the Consumer Eligible Product was installed by a Participating Dealer (for Consumers) or the Trade Contractor Eligible Product was installed by the Trade Contractor themselves (if they are a Trade Contractor) by 11:59pm AEST on 25/05/26. The Seeley Reward is subject to Seeley International being satisfied that these conditions have been complied with. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of Seeley International, result in invalidation of ALL of a claimant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to a Seeley Reward. 
  12. A claim for a Seeley Reward can only be made by the Consumer or Trade Contractor who purchased and had the Consumer Eligible Product/s or Trade Contractor Eligible Product installed, and whose name appears on the corresponding tax invoice.  

    13. SEELEY REWARD

  13. Each successful claimant will receive the following Seeley Reward, depending on the Consumer Eligible Product/s purchased in their Eligible Transaction and whether they are a Consumer or Trade Contractor: 

    14. For Consumers:

    1. AUD$300.00 if a claimant purchases a Breezair Extraordinaire;
    2. AUD$300.00 if a claimant purchases a Breezair Supercool; 
    3. AUD$200.00 if a claimant purchases a Braemar Evolution; and 
    4. AUD$200.00 if a claimant purchases a Braemar SuperStealth.  

    For Trade Contractors:

    1. AUD$100.00 if a claimant purchases a Braemar Paradigm. For the avoidance of doubt, Trade Contractors will not receive any Seeley Reward if they purchase a Breezair Extraordinaire, Breezair Supercool, Braemar Evolution or Braemar SuperStealth in their Trade Contractor Eligible Transaction. 

    All Seeley Rewards will be awarded as a Digital Visa Gift Card issued by iGoDirect.

  14. The Digital Visa Gift Card is issued by iGoDirect Group Pty Ltd and terms and conditions apply. In order to activate a Digital Visa Gift Card, individuals must: a) have a mobile device which supports Apple Pay or Google Pay; b) be in Australia with location services enabled on your mobile device; and c) agree to any applicable terms of use, privacy policy and/or any other terms of Apple Pay or Google Pay. Digital Visa Gift Card are valid for the period advertised on the Digital Visa Gift Card and in the email containing the Digital Visa Gift Card, and will expire on the date indicated on the face of the Digital Visa Gift Card. After the Digital Visa Gift Card has expired, it is no longer valid, and all transactions will be declined.   15. Multiple claims permitted, subject to the following: 
    1. only one (1) claim is permitted per Consumer Eligible Product or Trade Contractor Eligible Product purchased in a transaction and installed (for the avoidance of doubt, if a claimant has purchased multiple Consumer Eligible Products or Trade Contractor Eligible Products, they can make multiple claims in the one (1) claim form submitted); and 
    2. each claim is submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 
  16. The Seeley Reward, or any unused portion of the Seeley Reward, is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. 

    17. GENERAL

  17. This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. 
  18. Seeley International reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimant’s (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Seeley International has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Offer. Errors and omissions may be accepted at Seeley International’s discretion. Seeley International’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.  
  19. Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
  20. Successful claimants will be notified by email.
  21. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, Seeley International reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
  22. If for any reason a claimant does not redeem a Seeley Reward by the time stipulated by Seeley International, then the Seeley Reward will be forfeited.
  23. If any Seeley Reward is unavailable, Seeley International, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Seeley Reward with a reward to the equal value and/or specification. 
  24. Claimants consent to Seeley International using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a successful claimant (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Offer (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Seeley International.
  25. If this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Seeley International, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Seeley International reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer, as appropriate.
  26. Any cost associated with accessing the Offer website, or any other website related to the Offer, is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
  27. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.
  28. Seeley International’s decisions in relation to all aspects of the Offer and matters pertaining to it are final and binding on each claimant and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  29. Failure by Seeley International at any stage to enforce its rights contained within these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  30. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Seeley International (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Offer.
  31. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Seeley International (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Seeley International’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Seeley International) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Seeley International; (d) any variation in Reward value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of a Seeley Reward.
  32. Seeley International reserves the right to refuse claims, at any time, in the event of non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
  33. Seeley International does not warrant that the Participating Dealers will be open at all times during the Offer Period.
  34. The information claimants submit will be collected and used by Seeley International in order to conduct this Offer and for the purpose of informing claimants about Seeley International’s other products and services, including those of Seeley International’s related entities. Seeley International may disclose claimants’ personal information (“PI”) to retailers, distributors, service agents, Seeley Reward suppliers and other related organisations that may also use it to inform claimants about their products and services. By participating in this Offer, claimants consent to having their PI collected, used and disclosed in this way. Seeley International will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.seeleyinternational.com/corporate/privacy-policy/. Participation is conditional on providing this PI. In addition to any use that may be outlined in Seeley International’s Privacy Policy, Seeley International may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how claimants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how claimants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All claims become the property of Seeley International. 
  35. In the event that a term or condition of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, that term or condition shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining terms and conditions.
